Melissa has always been inspired by Sarah's take no prisoners attitude. Whether it was in life, in sport or in her many philanthropic ventures, Melissa wanted to continue the message that Sarah started.
Melissa is a driving force in the action sports community. She is the editor of SBC Wakeboard, and SBC Women's Annual. She has spent the better part of 10 years running events and marketing for multiple entities. Melissa originally joined the Women's Snowboard Federation as a participant, but immediately felt at home with the community of strong women and knew there was more to be done. When not working Melissa can found snowboarding, hitting her local crossfit box, going for hikes or snowshoes with her bulldog Monepeny. Give her a follow @penylanemk

Ashley has grown up standing sideways. Spending most of her youth riding out of Dagmar, Ashley made a name for herself in the world of snowboarding and was a coach in the original Women's Snowboard Federation. It was only natural for her to move into a career that would continue her love of snowboarding.
When the initial concept was brought to Ashley, she immediately jumped on board and has helped to grow the event into one of Roxy Canada's most successful events.
When not on the hill, Ashley can be found at the barn with her horses or working on agility training with her dog Koda. Give her a follow @smashleyy
